2 1/4 cup flour 2/3 cup Packed Brown Sugar
2/3 cup baking cocoa 3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt 2 Eggs
1 cup butter softened 2 cups white chocolate or mint chips
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by well rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. (We just roll them into balls and then smash them somewhat flat in the pan.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until centers are set. Makes five dozen cookies.
