Better than Anything Cake (or Heart Attack in one Piece)

1 package Betty Crocker German chocolate cake mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs as called for on cake mix package directions
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 jar (16-17 oz.) caramel, butterscotch or fudge topping
1 container (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
1 bag (8 oz.) toffee chips or bits

Hear oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Make and bake cake as directed on package for 13 X 9 inch pan.  Cool 15 minutes.  Poke top of warm cake every 1/2 inch with handle of wooden spoon.  Drizzle milk evenly over top of cake; let stand until milk has been absorbed into cake. Drizzle with caramel topping.  Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake.  Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.  Spread whipped topping over top of cake.  Sprinkle with toffee chips. Store covered in refrigerator.

*I love this recipe and its so good. Its disgustingly rich and you can only get through about a piece of it before you feel sick but its so good. Enjoy and serve to your guests to see how they feel about it too. Thanks again to my mom for the picture.*
